Apple Authorized Reseller: every product sold here is genuine, factory-sealed Apple hardware sourced through authorized distribution channels, covered by the official Apple warranty plus our own 12-month reseller warranty.

Apple Authorized Service Provider: our certified technicians perform diagnostics and repairs using genuine Apple parts, following Apple service procedures. Warranty repairs are honored exactly as they would be at any Apple Store.

Apple Premium Partner: our store, staff training, demonstration standards and customer experience meet Apple's highest partner tier — the same level of expertise you expect from Apple itself.

We collect only the information needed to process your order: name, contact details, delivery address and order contents. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

We never sell or rent personal data. Order information is shared only with delivery partners to the extent required to deliver your package, and with payment providers to process transactions.

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@myiphone.com.

14-day return right on unopened products: full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Defective items are returned free of charge and replaced or refunded at your choice.

Every device includes the manufacturer warranty plus a 12-month myiphone reseller warranty covering defects and workmanship.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear.

Free worldwide standard delivery. Orders placed before 4 p.m. are dispatched the same business day.

All shipments are tracked and insured until delivery. Delivery windows: 24–48 hours local, 3–7 business days international.
